- Knoweldge of Chargeback process of Airline,
- SIRAX (PRA System) - Credit Sales (Sirax Credit) module,
- Accounting - Acknowledge checks (ACK),
- Sales credit - Incoming process for form of payment CC,
- Sales credit - Error queue correction of Outgoing Invoice for form of payment CC &
- F&A SAP.
