Roles & Responsibilitites:-
- Category Manager from FMCG/F&B companies with start-up experience is preferred. Savvy with Digital Marketing, Consumer/Competitor Research, NPD and able to build brands, along with sales planning.
- Drive the category revenue targets of and achieve target GM% through a 360-degree marketing campaign
- Work closely with the New Product development team to pilot and launch new products.
- Develop category relevant insights collaborating with the Consumer insights team.
- Monitor, track & highlight competition advertising activity to feed them into planning & strategy at regular intervals.
- Go getter Bias for action : find your way & move forward.
- Good understanding of cross-functional domains like Product, Design, Growth & Brand Marketing.
