You will lead Search growth marketing in at focused on international paid and organic search. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience and proven success leveraging multicultural marketing and localization tactics to achieve their goals. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to
• Designing and executing initiatives to drive paid and organic traffic to website and drive leads throughout the funnel
• Collecting data and analytics tools to gauge the success of campaigns &and adjusting plans accordingly to maximize value from advertising and other digital marketing efforts
• Conducting A/B tests, pilots, and other marketing experiments to identify opportunities for continuous improvement, including incorporating SEO best practices
• Analyzing data and providing company-wide reporting using Google Analytics, WordPress, BrightEdge, and similar platforms
• Orchestrating digital content strategies across all online platforms, including our website/blog, social media pages, YouTube, for example, by owning the end-to-end process
• THE QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in English, marketing, communications or a related field
• 4+ years of digital marketing experience with an international focus
• Proven ability to design and execute growth marketing campaigns to drive traffic and engagement from online platforms
• Knowledge of SEO, PPC/CPC, SEM rush, and other digital marketing tools and best practices for websites, blogs, social media, and Paid Media
• Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting and data analysis
