As an IBM Indusfast collect resource should be able to resolve all issues raised in Ticket. Resource will have hands on experience on Indusfast collect , IBM WASS server, oracle, window server and aware of the Banking terminology.
Your Role and Responsibilities
- Fix the incidents within SLA.
- Readiness to work in regular or afternoon shift.
- Interact with users to understand the issues and resolve them.
- Hands of experience on IBM WASS server , oracle and windows
- Knowledge of payment workflow.
- Identify the logs.

IMPS L1/L2 support resource.
What you’ll do:
- Provide L1/L2 support for application.
- Resolve Sev 1/ Severity 2 and Critical Severity 3 incident within SLA.
- Handle a team of 2-3 resources.
Automate processes to increase productivity.
