As a Order Management Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth through the successful renewal of service contracts.

What you'll be doing
- Managing the end-to-end renewal process, ensuring timely and accurate renewal of service contracts
- Collaborating with customers to understand their needs, identify upsell opportunities, and negotiate contract terms
- Utilising your excellent analytical skills to analyze customer data and identify trends and patterns to drive renewal success
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in company databases and CRM systems
- Communicating effectively with customers and internal stakeholders, providing timely updates on renewals and addressing any concerns or issues
- Working closely with the Order Management team to ensure smooth order processing and resolve any billing or invoicing issues
What you'll need
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role, with a focus on renewals or service renewals
- Demonstrated experience in Order Management, O2C (Order to Cash), and quoting/billing/invoicing processes
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Strong business acumen, with a good understanding of financial metrics and revenue recognition
- Advanced Excel skills, including data manipulation, formulas and pivot tables
- Experience with CCW (Cisco Commerce Workspace) or Cisco Tools is highly desirable
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal stakeholders
