Job Title: Oracle EBS Human Capital Management (HCM)
Job Location: Pune (WFO 5 days)
Tot Exp = 6 yrs
Rel Exp = 5 yrs in Oracle EBS HCM
Must have Skills: Oracle EBS Human Capital Management (HCM)
Job Requirements :
Candidate has to be expertise on Fusion HCM Saas Model
Should have experience with Fusion HCM Functional
Knowledge on Release 11 and Release 12
Should be able to implement and support Fusion HCM Project Modules
Modules to be supported - Fusion Global Human Resources, Fusion Benefits, Fusion Payroll, Fusion Compensation, Fusion Fast formula, Fusion Reports and Analytics
Technical Experience :
Relevant cloud working experience.
Oracle Fusion Core HR, Absence, ORC, Learning, Compensation, Benefits, OTL, Payroll, Talent Management, Benefits, Security
Professional Attributes :
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Excellent troubleshooting skills and tenacity in problem-solving
Client-facing skills, stakeholder management
Educational Qualification: BE or B.Tech or MCA
Requirements Must have Skills : Oracle EBS Human Capital Management (HCM)
