AddressAs Business Analytics Manager, you would own KPI identification, data management and tracking, come up with accurate and necessary data insights, RCA to discuss business health.
Your key responsibilities -
1. Data Analytics: Responsible for KPI identification and delivery of daily/weekly reviews with leadership on key metrics, performing root cause analysis. Proficiency in excel a must.
2. Data Visualisation: Build fool-proof dashboards working closely with tech team to integrate relevant data tables and debug issues to ensure data accuracy
3. Prior experience in coding specifically SQL a plus; can create custom queries, has knowledge of database management systems
4. Effective Communication and Interaction: Evaluate, analyse, and communicate systems requirements on a continuing basis, and maintain systems processes, including the delivery of monthly status reports to all appropriate stakeholders
Key Skillsets:
1. Display ownership to go the extra mile for company success; prior experience working with start-up a plus
2. Should be highly proficient in Excel with strong analytical skills and a data-driven problem-solving approach
3. Should be proficient in Data Visualisation tools like Tableau, Power BI etc.
4. Familiar with at least one coding language. Prior working with SQL a plus
5. Curious, creative problem solvers who are highly collaborative
6. Experience with digital marketing and marketing automation a plus
