Essential Roles & Responsibilities:

• Define, implement and support database backup and recovery policies using RMAN.
• Working knowledge of ITIL processes.
• Perform database restoration and recovery in the event of a failure.
• experience with Aix, Solaris and Linux (RHEL).
• Supports large number of Oracle databases.
• Production environments on Unix, Windows and Linux OS.
• Performing Database Administration tasks independently in Oracle 10g, 11g, 12c and 19c.
• Db Upgrade.
• upgrades, migrations and cloning.
• backup, restore & recovery using Datapump or RMAN.
• Installation and troubleshooting in RAC and Grid.
• Lifecycle Management - Database creation, setup & decommissioning.
• Event/alert monitoring, space management, user management.
• Database monitoring.
• Replication via Goldengate and Data Guard.
• Adoptive for 24x7 Shift Support.
• Excellent spoken and written English Communication
