Key responsibilities:
1. Assist in analyzing data and creating reports using MS Excel, providing insights that will support decision-making processes.
2. Collaborate with the team to streamline operational processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing innovative solutions.
3. Support the Operations team in coordinating and monitoring day-to-day activities to ensure smooth functioning.
4. Prepare and deliver engaging presentations using MS PowerPoint, conveying key operational updates to different stakeholders.
5. Contribute to the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize operational efficiency.
6. Assist in conducting research and gathering data to aid in the evaluation of potential partnerships or business opportunities.
7. Provide administrative support, including managing documentation, scheduling meetings, and coordinating logistics for team events.
