What you will be doing:
- Ensure that a sound Risk Management Framework is implemented within the Business /
Support units (BU/SU) - adherence to the Regulatory Guidelines and Board approved
policies
- Working in collaboration with BU/SU and with UORMs - in ensuring key risks are
identified, assessed, measured, monitored and reported
- Review and develop Key Risk Indicators (KRI) for all key units, and ensure quality of
remediation of KRI breaches.
- Establish process of Incident Reporting along with Root Cause Analysis and closure for
incidents reported – including Operational risk event loss capturing
- Review of Risk & Control Self-Assessment Framework (RCSA) across organization, report
the issues identified, track the action plan to ensure mitigation within timelines agreed
- Compliance with Board approved policies - ORMC and BCP policy – and Regulatory
guidelines.
- Review & develop ongoing tools, processes & systems for monitoring Operational Risk,
including for risk aggregation & reporting.
- Conduct training programs with relevant stakeholders on various Risk Management
processes
- Contribute towards creating Risk Awareness and Risk Management culture in the
organization
- Overall responsible for Business Continuity Management (BCM) design and
implementation across the organisation

What are we looking for:


  • CA / MBA 7-13 years of experience in risk management (includes compliance, financial crimes, operational risk, audit, legal, credit risk, market risk, IT systems security, business process management)
  • Strong Operational risk domain knowledge/experience - Certification in Risk Management such as ORM/FRM/CISA is desirable
  • Good Understanding of the overall fin-tech ecosystem in India - prior experience of working with lending institution
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and demands in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Flexible, self-driven, and proactive
