CloudSEK’s Product Suite:

  • CloudSEK XVigil constantly maps a customer’s digital assets, identifies threats and enriches them with cyber intelligence, and then provides workflows to manage and remediate all identified threats including takedown support.
  • A powerful Attack Surface Monitoring tool that gives visibility and intelligence on customers’ attack surfaces. CloudSEK's BVigil uses a combination of Mobile, Web, Network and Encryption Scanners to map and protect known and unknown assets.
  • CloudSEK’s Contextual AI SVigil identifies software supply chain risks by monitoring Software, Cloud Services, and third-party dependencies.
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Onboarding Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing Training and support to our clients, facilitating smooth onboarding processes, configuring our platform to meet client needs, and fine-tuning configurations to optimize product performance. This role is crucial in contributing to the success of our product and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct thorough training sessions to educate clients on how to effectively utilize our platform.

2. Perform necessary configurations based on client requirements, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.

3. Utilize solid knowledge of cybersecurity concepts such as malware, vulnerabilities, and different types of attacks to enhance client understanding and platform effectiveness.

4. Demonstrate a strong understanding of how domains and websites operate, assisting clients in configuring the platform to suit their specific environments.

5. Maintain excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex concepts and instructions to clients.

6. Actively listen to client feedback and requirements, maintaining a strong rapport to understand and address their needs effectively.

7. Continuously fine-tune configurations to optimize product performance and enhance customer satisfaction.

8. Display quick learning abilities to stay updated on platform enhancements and new cybersecurity threats, ensuring clients receive the most current support and guidance.

9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client issues and provide comprehensive solutions.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in software onboarding or technical support.

2. Solid understanding of cybersecurity concepts, including malware, vulnerabilities, and common attack vectors.

3. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and effectively.

4. Strong logical thinking skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues efficiently.

5. Proficiency in configuring and fine-tuning software platforms to meet specific client needs.

6. Good typing speed and quick learning abilities to adapt to new technologies and processes rapidly.

7. Ability to maintain a positive attitude and professionalism while working in a fast-paced environment.

8. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple client onboarding processes simultaneously.
