Essential Job functions (Tasks, duties and responsibilities most important for the Job)
- Monitor Email sent to eCOM Production Support Team
- Monitor all reports that are produced by eCOM Production Support Team to ensure the health of all areas of the eCommerce Landscape.
- Monitor all notifications sent to eCOM Production Support to ensure that requests for action are responded to and acted upon when appropriate.
- Create and resolve tickets in both our ServiceNow application & Salesforce Service Cloud application.
- Schedule meetings, and lead meetings when necessary.
- Use technology tools as directed and within established guidelines.
- Create and run ad-hoc SQL queries.
- Participate in testing initiatives and document testing results.
- Write documents such as Business Requirement Documents and subsequently be able to document final implementation details.
- Analyze data.
- Work with both Technical Team members as well as Functional Team members.
- Take lead in investigation of issues/occurrences and follow through to resolution.
- Provide ongoing and ad hoc analytical support to our Retail Partners when required.
- Participate in all team meetings, training sessions and exploratory sessions as requested.
- Be observant in identification of emerging trends/patterns and reporting unusual circumstances observed in the field to management team.
- Alert management of issues or concerns that require escalation for resolution or which may indicate a larger, underlying problem.
- Maintain confidentiality of the organization’s user data
- Schedule, perform or assign any required follow-up in accordance with guidelines.
Knowledge, Skill and Ability requirements minimum competencies required for job performance)
- Database knowledge & SQL skills.
- Basic knowledge of XML & JSON.
- Knowledge of any programming language would be beneficial to write or run any script in production.
- Basic Microsoft Outlook skills.
- Basic Excel skills for creating and analysing reports.
- Basic Word skills for creating documentation.
- Basic PowerPoint skills for creating presentations.
- Visio skills a plus.
- Some prior retail work experience is a plus.
- Must know, understand, and follow all Standard Operating Procedures
- Communicate coaching and development needs to Supervisor.
- Ability to communicate clearly & effectively when both speaking and writing.
- Ability to manage own time so as to be able to complete assigned tasks within specified timeframe. in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have a sense of urgency and possess ability to prioritize work.
