Perform administrative tasks to support daily business operations.
Answering phones, managing schedules, and organizing files
Sorting and sending mail, taking and delivering messages, and using basic office equipment like faxes or scanners
Keeping an inventory of office supplies and ordering new materials as needed
Coordinate with the tasks, service coordinator.
