Salary: 18k to 22k

We are having Requirement for the Post of Office Assistant.
Mandatory Requirement –
1. Proficient English (writing)
2. Graduation from English medium only
3. Schooling from English medium school only
4. Good typing speed
5. User friendly with Ms- Office
6. Internet Surfing and Browsing
Duties & Responsibilities -
· Writing letters and emails in English language
· Bidding and E-Tendering related work (preference to candidates having experience in tendering work)
· To study Bid Documents, prepare Tender synopsis, raise bid queries and define project requirements.
· Clarification of bid conditions and management of the tender preparation
· monitoring of the tender quoted
· Coordination of tender reviews and deadlines and adjust them to the frameworks given by the customers
· And other office related works.
Working Hrs - 10.00 AM to 7.00 PM
Salary Range - Rs. 16000/- to 22000/- per month
Preference to candidates having experience in tendering work for min. 0-2 years especially having experience of working on GeM portal.
