Project Role Description :
Configure, integrate and manage the life cycle of telecommunication network elements and associated configuration across Fulfillment and Assurance. Manage back office system data records. Support customer activations and configuration adjustments.

Educational Qualification :
A: 15 years of full-time education
Key Reponsibilities :
A: 24/7 operational support for a US based client by owning resolving the incidents, tasks changes until closure B: Resolve high, medium low Priority incidents affecting the operation/availability of production systems, through troubleshooting and implementing known fixes C: Participate in operational support calls daily meetings, ensuring production systems and devices are online and available D: Install, configure, patch and maintain all firewall technologies eg: Check Point, Palo Alto
Technical Experience :
A: Should have 4 to 5 Knowledge of OSI Model, TCP/IP Networking, Packet filtering, Stateful Inspection, Next-Gen firewalls eg Check Point, Palo Alto, Cisco, Forcepoint, URL Filtering, Basic routing switching concepts B: Proficient at troubleshooting L2/L3 issues C: Hands on experience with at least either one of the firewall technologies - Checkpoint and/or Palo Alto

A: Good verbal and written communication skills to connect with customers at varying levels of the organization B: Ability to operate independently and make decisions with little direct supervision
