Overall Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage projects utilizing Microsoft technologies and products, including but not limited to Microsoft Dynamics, SharePoint, Azure, and .NET
- Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to team members in the implementation of Microsoft solutions
- Ensure project delivery is in line with the project scope, timeline, and budget
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Continuously evaluate and enhance Microsoft practices and methodologies to improve delivery efficiency and quality
Skills:
- Extensive experience with Microsoft technologies and products, including Dynamics, SharePoint, Azure, and .NET
- Strong project management and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of software development methodologies and practices, including Agile and Scrum
- Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC)
Experience:
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in Microsoft technologies, including delivery of Microsoft-based projects
- Experience in leading and managing projects and teams
- Experience in working with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and delivering solutions that meet their needs
- Experience in creating and managing project plans, schedules, and budgets
Day-to-Day Activities:
- Lead project delivery utilizing Microsoft technologies and products
- Provide guidance and support to team members in the implementation of Microsoft solutions
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Continuously evaluate and enhance Microsoft practices and methodologies
- Participate in client and internal meetings and provide status updates on project progress
- Ensure project delivery is in line with the project scope, timeline, and budget
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification is a plus
