Job Description :
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Software Developer with 6+ years of experience to join our dynamic development team.
Day-to-day responsibility of a Lead Software Developer.
• Major contributor to the design and implementation of the overall architecture of the project
• Lead the development and delivery of software projects from start to finish.
• Work as part of an agile team and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Mentor junior developers on development best practices
• Lead code and design reviews.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Debug and resolve technical issues.
• Write tests to ensure code quality and maintainability.
• Maintain application quality.
• Continuously help the team to improve by being actively involved in team meetings and ceremonies (architecture, refinements, retrospectives, demos, standups, etc.…).
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small-group situations.
Qualifications
Required experience:
- 6+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong development skills and fluent in C#, and WPF.
- Good understanding and exposure to APIs and consuming RESTful services
- Knowledge of software design patterns and principles.
- Experience with relational databases.
- Experience with distributed systems methods and practices
- Experience with automated testing and software verification (unit, integration)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience working on Windows applications and WPF.
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering from a four-year college or university with a minimum 3.0 GPA
