- Create and execute a clear national sales strategy for Project Sales.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for Project Sales growth.
- Set and achieve ambitious sales targets for consistent revenue growth.
- Collaborate with product management, R&D and operation to align new product launch & Cater to the market.
- Increase Key account penetration and bring more rigor in the National Key Accounts.
- Collaborate closely with architects, builders, contractors, and developers.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing Project Sales team for success.
