Role Objective :
The profile requires working with business heads to formulate & achieve company's short- and long-term strategic objectives. The profile provides exposure to diverse challenges and the individual is required to multi-task, conceptualize, implement new processes, have attention to detail, research & analyze data and drive quick decision making
The incumbent will have the opportunity to touch every part of the business, map out all of the business drivers, and help drive execution across all parts. She/he will be deeply involved in setting the company's direction and ensuring that we're working effectively
Role Responsibilities :
1. Prepare timely and accurate reports on financial performance on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis for the defined area of responsibility.
2. Analyse current and past financial data and provide analysis on trends
3. Responsible for yearly Financial Planning, monthly forecasting of revenue
4. Formulate the organisation's growth strategy along with business leaders
5. Drive critical strategic initiatives at CXO level, work cross-functionally to structure problems, analyze opportunities, and develop solutions and actionable recommendations & results through a rigorous data driven process
6. Cross functional & key stakeholder management (both external & internal)
7. Monitor & drive all organizational KPIs that are critical for business units. Drive the operational cadence at CEO's level. Measure & track critical KPIs & initiatives
8. Provide insights to the business through analytics and market research as required
9. Uncover areas within the business to drive performance improvements to unlock productivity and accelerate execution
10. Work with cross-functional teams (Product, Engg, Business, Finance, Customer success, SCM etc) to execute on growth opportunities and manage
Work Experience :
- 3-5 years of work experience in working in project management role involving working with various functions like finance, operations, IT, HR, etc.
- High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch, high emotional intelligence
Knowledge/Skills :
- Strong sense of personal ownership and bias for action
- Good understanding of overall finance & compliance function & aligning it with operations
- Excellent communication & people management skills
- Excellent data analytical skills
- Ability to operate at CXO level (internally & externally)
Education :
CA/MBA from a reputed institute
