Salary5+ years of experience with designing and implementing test plans and test cases
4+ years of experience with testing frameworks, such as Appium or similar
Experience of automation testing Web and Backend interfaces a plus
Experience with programming and/or scripting languages - Python or Java, Javascript
- Identifying, documenting and investigating defects
- Preparing validation and verification plans
- Ensuring the team has adequate tests, based on the plans
- Ensuring the recording and reporting of test results
- Assessing software functionality and usability
- Determining risk analysis and validation requirements
- Developing, implementing and monitoring validation metrics.
- Supporting validation program, change management and revalidation requirements
- Ensuring that team keeps validation and testing metrics including key performance indicators
- Training users on new component versions
- Ensuring the development and maintenance of regression test suites
- Ensuring the team has a well understood “definition of done” for the sprint backlog
- Partnering with Scrum Master to drive continuous improvement within the Agile team
- Fostering a collaborative team environment
