Responsibilities
• Approve daily transactions for selected products and manage service delivery• Monitor customer satisfaction and improve quality service• Perform reconciliation and compliance activities• Ensure satisfactory ratings in audits and compliance to operations health documents• Ensure timely and accurate submission of reports• Ensure control of keys, combinations, and passwords• Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer instructions• Supervise, coach, and train staff• Identify prospects for cross-selling and achieve high employee engagement• Contribute to branch performance through referrals and effective operations• Monitor transaction volumes and migrate to alternate channels• Ensure adherence to bank's Mis-selling and Sales Policies• Manage premises, merchandising, housekeeping, and store management• Ensure health and safety guidelines are followed
Requirements
• Knowledge of banking operations and regulatory requirements• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills• Excellent communication and leadership abilities• Ability to manage and coach a team• Sales and customer service experience is preferred• Knowledge of health and safety guidelines
