Job Description :

Purpose of this role is to

• Acting as Data Steward for all Digital & Analytics use case for impactful contribution in overall Digital Transformation journey.
• Solution Design and Architect the right data framework for large & scalable business applications, with a strong understanding of business requirements
• Effective translation of wide variety of pharma specific business data needs and ensure right framework and process to design, build, qualify and maintain
• Act as key contributor in Manufacturing Organization's Digital Transformation Journey

Key responsibilities

1. Ensure implementation and adoption of PI system globally with GxP compliant status,
2. Effective User Management and operational issues resolution in timely manner.
3. Ensuring all key data sources seamless connectivity with PI system,

Acting as key Solution Architect while defining apt Asset Framework, Event Frames in order to ensure adoption.

1. Manage program to ensure that all Manufacturing source systems data are connected with PI system seamlessly while following correct Architecture and GxP Documentation while collaborating closely with implementation partner
2. Ensure un-interrupted Data Flow from various source system tags and define methodology over data correctness and completeness review all time while define SLAs with implementation partners and PI Tech support
3. Ensure Proper use of all PI system functionalities like Asset Framework & Event frame definition in order to get make data accessible
4. Act as SME on PI system implementation as Site Historian and MES -PI Integration
5. Must be aware of GxP CSV guidelines followed in Life-Science Industries and should execute all GxP related activities like SOP Preparation, performing Qualifications etc. pertaining to PI system
6. Anchor all solutions which are getting deployed on PI system and ensure its adoption to achieve Business Benefit with robust tracking mechanism
7. Work closely with Analytics CoE team to ensure seamless data flow happening from PI System to Data Lake
8. Collaborate with various internal & External stakeholders for smooth functioning of PI system

Operating Network

• Internal: Plant IT, Analytics, MSAT/Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality Assurance
• External: Software product Organizations, Large and small System Integrators, Large & Small IT Service organizations.

Education & Experience:

• Engineering Graduate
• 6+ Years hands on Experience on OSI Soft PI System
• 3+ Years of Business Analysis Experience
• Experience in handling projects & Deliveries
• Experience in working with Cross functional teams (internal & external)
• Should have obtained necessary accreditation from OSISoft as PI Engineer
