What would you do?
The Media / Graphics Senior Analyst provides graphics production or audio and video elements for training assets or other Accenture projects. The Media / Graphics Senior Analyst designs and creates original material using basic elements of graphic Design and media development typically creating moderately complex assets. The job requires a low level of supervision. Media / Graphics Senior Analysts may specialize in graphics or media and are not necessarily skilled in both areas. The Learning Content Development team focuses on developing learning activities and supporting materials (for instructor-led training, web-based training, application simulations and performance simulation) according to the Content Design plan. The team is responsible for creating content for e-learning modules, developing training solutions using prescribed tools, quality, budget and milestone standards. The team is also responsible for participating in course test activities such as cycle testing, UAT, editorial and instructional design checks to properly document problems for issue resolution.

- Bachelors degree preferred in Communications, Radio and Television, Video/Film Production, Multimedia Design and Production, Art, Fine Arts, Electronic Arts related field or equivalent experience.
- 6-12 months or hands on experience with audio/video production, Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or Flash
- Strong understanding of audio and video production processes.
- Working knowledge of media development hardware (e.g. camera operation, lighting, set design)
- Knowledge of software production tools (i.e., Adobe Premiere; Adobe After Effects, Sound forge)
- Strong understanding of media design Graphics
- Proficient in graphic production on the Windows operating system.
- Solid visual design skills (color, composition, typography, etc.) for on-line (internet) delivery and print.
- Proficient in use of industry standard graphics software (e.g., Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Illustrator, etc.)
- Basic ability to estimate Design and Development time for specific tasks.
Media
- Perform basic audio and/or video production for training assets &/or highly visible projects for Accenture and its leadership (i.e. Accenture Partner meeting videos)
- Coordinate pre-production, production, and post-production activities (resource and project planning, talent screening and selection, video shoots, etc.)
- Produce and direct simple to moderately complex audio and video components
- Capture, edit, and compress simple digital audio and video.
- Operate production and post-production equipment, hardware, and software
- Maintain media equipment
- Setup and tear down video and audio equipment for shoots
- Perform Quality Assurance on media deliverables based on CDC media and graphics standards and provide feedback to team/media developers
- Participates in usability testing and product correction
- Participates in efforts to correct, enhance, tailor and upgrade existing courses
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

- Complete repetitive media tasks (i.e., editing video, digitizing audio and video clips, reviewing scripts, burning CDs)

- Provides regular status to Media Lead and escalates issues as necessary Graphics
- Produce moderately complex graphics and/or animations for, but not limited to, graphical user interfaces, information visualization, and learning activities, based primarily on art direction by Media / Graphics Lead or Senior Lead.
- Design and create original visuals using basic elements of graphic design (i.e., color theory, typography, layout, design software); identify multiple design solutions when needed.
- Conceptualize visual approach for low-complexity projects.
- Oversee own aspects of the production process and ensure designs are brand compliant.
- Communicate the status of projects to project team including total time estimate, time of completion, and outstanding issues.
- Work toward developing/deepening visual Design and interactive authoring skills.
- Keep current on new graphic techniques and technologies, recommending changes as appropriate.
- Participate in continuous graphic improvement initiatives.
