Job Responsibilities:

Implement and coordinate Lean and Six Sigma strategies and practices through supervising teams and coaching large-scale process transformations using Lean, Six Sigma and project management methodologies to achieve critical business goals.

Responsibilities

Planning, developing, initiating, and monitoring lean projects across multiple functions to improve productivity; communicating on results and accomplishments.

Directing, motivating and developing staff, maximizing their individual contribution, professional growth and ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team.

Creating and conducting training programs; training and mentoring employees; educating personnel on Lean and Six Sigma methodology and identifying the best projects for implementation.

Designing and developing Lean and Six Sigma programs, including supporting systems and tools, for quality and business process improvement.

Lean Manufacturing: Knowledge of the philosophy, principles and implementation approaches of lean manufacturing; ability to integrate and implement lean manufacturing philosophy into existing production and management processes.

Background Requirement

Graduate engineers with formal qualification / certification in 6sigma and Lean along with 10+ years of experience in manufacturing environment
