Work Experience 5 to 10 years of experience as Marketing Manager, preferably working with Hospital Industry for minimum 2 years.

Educational Qualification Any Medical Graduate with M.B.A (Marketing) or M.H.A. from a recognized university or college.

Other Skill and Competencies Excellent communication skill and interpersonal skill, verbal and written English.

Microsoft Office Window based PC applications.

Summary Hospital Marketing Manager is designed for commercial teams looking to understand and improve their market share within the local health economy. Through the mapping of activity rates, trends and market share, users can better understand their own activity patterns, competitor analysis and plan for the future.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Formulate brand plan and propose various Marketing strategies in accordance to corporate policy for hospital brand.
  • Take care of all the publishing material of the hospital namely: information booklet, leaflets, handbills, brochure, and other related materials. These shall include the content, design, creativity and proof reading etc.
  • Plan various activities as per the phase wise Marketing Strategic plans.
  • Execute the various activities planned as per the phase wise Marketing plans for example, CME s, Workshops Camps, Patient Education Program and Life Style Management Program Etc.
  • Achieve high level of brand visibility with intense marketing communications.
  • Carry out research activity related to marketing plan evolved.
  • Brand Planning, Re branding Activity Planning.
  • Enhancing Brand Value through different channels/Mode of Marketing Sales, Corporate Sales, Corporate communications, Corporate Sales team handling.
  • Explore newer geographical area new markets, for customer target for hospital.
  • Explore new product feasibility for business plan.
  • To do regular fieldwork to understand and develop sound marketing plan.
  • Monthly detailed report of the activity should be submitted to the management.
  • Weekly progress report should be submitted in brief to management about the activities assigned.
  • Conceive, design, and implement marketing activities like direct marketing campaigns, Outdoor promotions, Directional signage, Market development programs, corporate Medical Brochures, Promotional Leaflets, Direct Mailers/newsletter, hospital journal, Event calendar, Website maintenance, Arranging PR meet Press Conferences, Advertisement plan (Print/Electronic/Radio) and other co-branding programs.
  • Facilitating and developing business through corporate, embassies, insurance companies, PSU, semi Corporate/ Institutional, Social institute, RWA clubs and International Channels.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with nursing homes, clinics diagnostic centers, leading physicians and practitioners for the purpose of obtaining referral business to the hospital.
  • Online and Digital promotion (Website development, Website management, Search Engine Optimization, Social Media Optimization, Mobile App etc.)
  • Management of existing upcountry OPDs and to identify more potential regions to start more such OPDs of Referral Doctors. Branding, Tie-ups with Hospitals, Promoting and setting up the satellite units (SBU s) for hospital Periphery promotion.
  • Providing direction, motivation training to the field sales team for ensuring optimum performance for all operational sales related departments.
  • Conceptualizing implementing plans/policies based on goals set by the organization.
  • Increasing direct business through community based activities, health awareness programs, health camps, etc.
  • Business planning and analysis with team for assessment of monthly, quarterly yearly performance. Analysis of sales vs. expense, outstanding recovery, volume sales, competitor analysis.
  • Establish contacts with smaller health care facilities, including clinics and diagnostic centers for the purpose of obtaining business to the hospital.
  • Define and drive the digital strategy of the unit including the websites and all other digital platforms (FB, Twitter, LinkedIn, Whats App, Orkut, etc.)
