03. RFQ Preparation for Assembly Fixture , Gauge
04. Fixture, Tool & gauge procurement and installation and Commissioning as per requirement (link removed)>
05. Preparation & updating of SOP, PFD , PFMEA & PPAP Documentation
06. Manpower planning
07. Time study
08. PFMEA Review plan Vs actual plan record
09. Fixture preventive maintenance plan & Checklist record
10. Trolley preventive maintenance plan & Checklist record.
11. Preparation of Packaging proposal for new project.
12. Preparation & Updating of FTG
13. Carrying out evaluation of stages of Production line. And suggesting possible changes which reduce cycle time without affecting quality
14. Must Be aware about 5S , Kaizen , VAVE
15. Knowledge about process improvement tools
16. Involve in new Product launch in assembly line
Knowledge & experience of working on MMA & MSES systems & IATF
