AddressUS Tax Manager
- Ensure Portfolio companies are in compliance with US (primarily) and international tax laws.
- This includes preparing, reviewing, and filing federal, state, and local tax regulations, business licenses and any other requirements.
- Coordinate & manage outsourced tax preparation work.
- Prepare & review tax schedules, returns, payments, reports and maintain company's tax database that matches information provided to third party tax experts and reconcile differences.
- Accurately prepare, review & file quarterly and annual tax reports, including estimates.
- Monitor Company's nexus exposures.
- Find tax solutions to complicated tax issues or errors from incorrect tax filings.
- Working with the controller on asset depreciation schedules and policies.
- Keep up to date with tax changes and industry trends.
- Ensure completeness of documentation regarding entity formation, dissolution, and ownership.
- Maintain accurate and updated Org Charts, including maintenance of Capitalization tables for ownership in portfolio companies.
