GTM Tooling is a new function within revenue enablement at Freshworks designed to create a more holistic and united seller experience which will in turn drive greater efficiency and productivity for our GTM teams. As the GTM Tooling Lead specializing in Lead Engagement & Conversion, you will play a pivotal role in driving our tooling strategy to enhance our lead engagement and conversion processes. Your responsibilities will include designing, building & optimizing tooling, measuring ROI of the tools we use to support the business & measuring the impact to seller efficiency, productivity & revenue. Additionally, you will collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Marketing, Enablement, IT & Sales to ensure alignment with key business objectives.
This position requires a deep understanding of market trends in GTM technology, hands-on experience with tool implementation, and a mindset for seller & customer experience.
