Roles and Responsibilities :
- Understand the client brief on the leadership position and build a sharp market intelligence on the same Do a detailed research on the client company and its key competitors; generate market intelligence on the available talent pool (contextual analytics of experience mix and career graphs).
- Build expertise and domain knowledge for the targeted industry or group of industries
- Develop strong and constructive relationships with the stakeholders.
- Ensure effective and high-quality regular weekly, monthly and quarterly dashboards with data driven decisions on future requirements.
- Formulate strategy on future recruitment requirements and ensure sourcing is aligned with business objectives.
- Actively seek and act on feedback to drive optimum solutions for both parties.
- Support business development by mining existing accounts or generating new requirements.
- Become a key contact point for recruitment, sourcing or strategy queries/issues that arise pertaining to the RPO team.
- Communicate Taggds ethics and compliance to client and ensure zero deviations.
Job Requirements (Skills/Background):
- Any graduate + preferably an MBA (HR) with a high level of 8 plus years of experience working in a lead recruitment delivery or Account Manager role, ideally within the Executive Search Consulting environment.
- Experience in Leadership hiring, Head Hunting, Xray Search, Executive Search.
- Ability to handle a variety of position types/business groups/geographies effectively and independently.
- Very structured approach to work considering the seniority of stakeholders involved.
- Ability to articulate thoughts with confidence and in a structured manner.
- Should have developed, driven, and executed comprehensive search strategies to recruit senior and niche Candidates in limited Talent Pool.
- Adept at Requirement analysis, sourcing, interviewing, selling, salary negotiations, offering and post offer follow-ups.
- Utilized cost effective ways to reduce average spend per hire and decrease cycle times.
