1. An HR Manager having Expereince in BPO / ITES Industry
2. Knowledge of Tamil / Kannada is must

a. Act as a trusted advisor and handle employee relations issues in a fair and consistent manner.
b. Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and career development opportunities.
5. Policy Development and Compliance:
a. Develop and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labour laws and industry regulations.
b. Maintain knowledge of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR policies.
c. Communicate HR initiatives, policies, and changes effectively to all levels of the organization.
6. HR Metrics and Reporting:
a. Analyse HR metrics and trends to provide insights for decision-making and strategic planning.
b. Prepare regular reports on key HR metrics for management review.
7. Training and Development:
a. Identify training needs, and design programs for employee skills enhancement.
b. Implement leadership development initiatives to build a strong leadership pipeline.

a. Oversee the administration of monthly payroll & coordinate with ZingHR for successful & timely completion.
9. Employee Engagement:
a. Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
b. Conduct surveys and analyse feedback to drive continuous improvement.
10. HR Innovation & Technology:
a. Identify opportunities for process improvement within the HR function.
b. Oversee the automation of HR tasks.
11. Leadership and Team Management:
a. Lead and mentor HR team members, providing guidance and support.
