Technical Knowledge & Skills

  • Min. 10 yrs. experience in managing Service Desk Operations (Or Tech support operations) in Infrastructure support or Application support environment.
  • Advance knowledge and understanding of OS (Windows XP-10), Browsers, MS Office suite
  • Advance knowledge and understanding of Small Forms (iOS, Android, Windows)
  • Intermediate knowledge and understanding of Registry Fix, Patch upgrades, Virus T/S, Security, Encryptions, Network collaborations & VPNs.
  • Experience with Azure AD.
  • Strong understanding of IT transformation and automation.
  • Knowledge of audit and compliance standards, including ISO 9001/27001.
  • Experience in creating and maintaining process flow/SOPs.
  • Excellent analytical skills, knowledge of software, and fluency with various computer programs, especially an IT Service Management System (ITSM) such as CMDB (Configuration Management Database), help desk software or asset management system.
  • Proficiency in the use of software tools like spreadsheets, data modeling tools, and computer-aided design software.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams.
  • Understanding the business impact of technology solutions and identifying areas where automation can be applied.
  • Familiarity with current regulations regarding data security, privacy, and data retention policies.
  • Solid technical knowledge about their industrys platforms, applications, and systems.
