- Develop the Business and grow Customer base in India and solidify existing relationships.
- Develop long-term strategies and shorter-term plans to meet aggressive revenue goals.
- Develop the Business & Sales Model for the customers, innovative solutions.
- Develop the P&L for the business and help grow the business overall within your customer base. Account mapping, Customer Relationship management, new market trends, Marketing Initiatives and usage of tools like ERP, CRM.
- Comfortable presenting new solutions and ideas to customers as per the requirement.
- Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques.
- Understand customer's business to be able to explore opportunities and help customer meet their business objectives.
- Understand product and solutions and to be able demonstrate our value proposition effectively to clients.
- Drive revenue growth & pipeline in Strategic and Enterprise accounts.
- Responsible for the overall quality of account management of their customers
- Collaborating with cross functional teams, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short and long-term business plans.
- Candidate must be from Enterprise sales-B2B background. Networking & Security (Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, Thales, Trend Micro, Palo Alto) sales- 5years experience is preferred.
- Cloud sales knowledge is good to have. Candidate must carry minimum 10 Enterprise customers connect at CXO level to introduce with Rahi. Ideal person to be hired from SI industry or combination of SI+OEM.
Qualifications: Bachelor or Masters in Sales, Marketing or Bachelor s in engineering & Masters in Sales
