Role Description

The Account Manager Enterprise Sales will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, managing accounts, sales operations, and business development. This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad. The Account Manager will be responsible for engaging with clients to identify their needs, provide solutions, manage renewals and up-sell opportunities, and build long-term relationships. The Account Manager will also work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success.

Qualifications

  • Customer Satisfaction, Account Management, and Sales skills
  • Experience in Sales Operations and Business Development
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Experience in IT sales or Supply Chain Solutions sales is a plus
  • Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
