About the Department


The Digital Innovation Hub India is a joint effort of Global Digital Data IT, Global Business Services, and Region APAC. Led by the Business Innovation Garage, based in Denmark, the hub is at the forefront of driving innovation and digital transformation within Novo Nordisk. The team is focused on creating an innovation-lab, supporting the organization in defining and implementing the digital strategy, exploring the impact of technology in healthcare, and accelerating the digital transformation of Novo Nordisk through partnerships with start-ups. The atmosphere is dynamic and agile, with a strong focus on forward-looking initiatives and adaptability.


The Position


As the Lead for Digital Innovation Hub India, you will have the opportunity to:


  • Lead and manage the Digital Innovation Hub India, connecting with regional and local business units to drive innovation and growth and to lead, engage and develop employees in a motivational manner.
  • Engage thoroughly with GBS business functions across the pharma value chain to understand their needs for digitalisation and closely engage with the startup ecosystem and Advise and be sparring partner for GBS and India commercial organisation leadership in all aspects related to Innovation and Industry tech trends.
  • Roll out our accelerator and open innovation processes, bringing new ideas and solutions to the forefront and Be part of a global network of hubs, working together to scale successful solutions and drive digital transformation.
  • Organize information, gather learnings, and share those learnings among the organization, acting as a trusted advisor with a strong understanding of business challenges and constraints.
  • Communicate convincingly and clearly to stakeholders across the business, using your strong communication and stakeholder management skills to drive change.

Qualifications


To excel in this role, we are looking for someone with the following qualifications:


  • Proven experience in leading innovation initiatives and driving digital transformation.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to organize and share information effectively.
  • Understanding of business challenges and constraints, with experience in working with shared service organizations and GCC/GBS setups. Healthcare and pharma experience would be an added advantage.
  • Ability to adapt to rapidly changing opportunities and threats within emerging technologies.
