Position - Corporate Legal - Manager ( Non Litigation)

Key Responsibilities:
Business Requirement:
- Drafting, negotiating, and finalizing various service agreements, risk and revenue sharing arrangements, shared services agreements, NDAs, marketing agreements, contracts, LOIs, and documents for various business functions.
- Drafting, negotiating, and finalising wholesale products, including developer funding/project, finance/loan against securities structures, and documentation.
- Preparing authority letters, power of attorneys, legal notice replies, and managing strategic litigation.
- Standardising product documents and legal advisory for various businesses.
- Drafting, negotiating, and finalising various loan and security documents for all businesses, including retail and wholesale banking products.
- Co-ordinate with external lawyers on various mandates.
- Preparing and documenting various legal policies and process notes and implementing the same.
- Drafting, negotiating, and finalizing borrowing/fundraising structures and documentation including loans, NCDs, sub-debt, masala bonds, external commercial borrowings, direct assignments, secularisation (standard assets and non-performing assets), etc.
- Review and approve title search reports for only such properties offered as security which is acceptable as per company policy and which is legally enforceable.
