JOB PURPOSE
As an MBAManagement Trainee, you will be responsible for learning about our company’s processes and operations in the sales, customer service, and marketing functions. The person in this role is expected to help us develop and implement our growth strategies in sales, working closely with various departments to ensure a unified approach to customer satisfaction.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Induction
1. Understanding and analyzing the sales processes, pitch and applications
2. Identifying the areas of development in the process, pitch and applications
3. Propose enhancements based on your understanding and analysis
4. Understanding the management of FTTx business through multiple business team members
5. Meeting with distributors and local cable operators (LCOs) and understanding their role
6. Interacting with direct sales agents (DSAs)/distributors to drive sales
7. Understanding the new order booking & installation of customers in connected buildings
Customer Service Induction
1. Understanding and analyzing the customer service processes
2. Understanding the KPIs for customer service and for organization and their analytics
3. Interacting with the call center agents and getting first-hand understanding of customer on-boarding process & customer document compliance, document verification (DV) process accuracy, customer application form (CAF) warehousing, contract v/s billing of manpower
4. Getting acquainted with all the channels of customer reachability
Marketing Induction
1. Understanding and analyzing the marketing processes, subscriber behavioral insights & subscriber transaction data
2. Getting acquainted with Usage & Revenue and Retention campaigns
3. Knowing and assimilating all the KPIs and parameters tracked in marketing operations and linking them to Sales & CS operations
4. Assisting in executing all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
5. Understanding our social media presence, day-to-day content schedule on social media, mobile app, etc.
6. Understanding branding for new and existing products and services, including packaging designs, shape, size, colors, fonts and imagery
Project Stint
1. Deep diving into data to understand the need of project and its impact, conduct competitor benchmarking
2. Prepare the project plan basis your understanding of the project under the guidance of coach and/or mentor
3. Interacting with cross-functional colleagues/customers/vendors/partners/call center agents, as applicable per the project
4. Recommend the changes/improvements as per project objective and implement the recommended inputs
Policy and Process Compliance
1. Safeguard the organization’s processes and policies.
2. Strict adherence to SOP and the defined processes
3. Encourage consistent and continuous compliance is followed by all employees and vendors with safety and regulatory requirements, standards and protocols
4. Confirm your actions are compliant as per Information Security Policy, Tata Code of Conduct, TPF Ethics policy, TPF POSH policy and other policies
