• Manage day-to-day operations of the mall• Provide excellent customer service to shoppers• Manage budgets and financials• Oversee the management team• Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations• Develop and implement business plans• Maintain relationships with tenants and vendors• Monitor and improve tenant sales performance• Handle customer complaints and inquiries• Coordinate with marketing team for promotional activities
