Address- Responsible for implementing and improving effective Maintenance practices, systems and capability to deliver sustained improved operational performances
- Develop and drive implementation of Maint. programs, practices, facilities, equipment and capability to achieve improved machine performance
- Lead and Drive Implementation of Maintenance Pillar across the carryout regular Audits and check to Coach sessions with Plant Maint Teams.
- Autonomous Maintenance Practices Implementation, sustained effective, accurate operation
- Leads the optimization and management of Maintenance spares to ensure availability at optimal costs
- OEM Support management
- Monitor and control Maint cost with close co ordination with TS Managers
- Responsible for improving Safety, Quality and Maint KPIs like LEF, GLY, MTTR, MTBF, MPA, MTFS.
- Responsible for coordinating with site Maintenance Teams. Ensuring all Best practices in Maintenance are complied with
