As an M365 Architect for our Managed Service Provider (MSP), you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Microsoft 365 solutions for our clients. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective M365 solutions that meet their needs. This role requires a deep understanding of Microsoft 365 technologies, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive for Business, and security and compliance features.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Designing Microsoft 365 solutions based on client requirements, including architecture design, deployment planning, and configuration.
- Leading the implementation of Microsoft 365 solutions, including migration from
- on-premises environments to the cloud.
- Providing technical expertise and guidance to clients and internal teams on Microsoft 365 best practices and solutions.
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Microsoft 365 services, including email,
- collaboration, and security.
- Developing and maintaining documentation, including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and operational procedures.
- Collaborating with other teams, such as security, networking, and infrastructure, to ensure
- seamless integration of Microsoft 365 services.
- Staying current with Microsoft 365 updates, new features, and industry trends to provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Participating in pre-sales activities, including technical assessments, solution presentations, and proposal development.
Technical Skills:
- Proven experience designing and implementing Microsoft 365 solutions for medium to large enterprises.
- Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive for Business, and security and compliance features.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 migration tools and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in the industry and identify and evaluate new opportunities and technologies for M365 Core.
- Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall delivery models.
- Experience working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP) is preferred but not required.

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals, or equivalent experience.
