Job Overview

We are seeking a Live Medical Scribe to join our team at Toolify Private Limited. As a Live Medical Scribe, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently documenting patient encounters in real-time, as well as assisting healthcare professionals in various administrative tasks. This is a full-time position based in Mohali, Punjab, India, and is ideal for individuals with 1 to 3 years of experience in the medical field.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field or equivalent experience
• 1 to 3 years of experience in a medical setting, preferably as a Medical Scribe
• Knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and guidelines
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to privacy regulations
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Roles and Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently document patient encounters in real-time using electronic medical record systems
• Assist healthcare professionals in various administrative tasks, including data entry, scheduling appointments, and managing patient records
• Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to all privacy regulations while handling patient information
• Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate documentation of medical procedures, diagnoses, and treatments
• Manage and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines and ensure smooth workflow
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive and high-quality patient care
• Stay updated on medical terminology, procedures, and guidelines to ensure accurate documentation
• Assist in the training and orientation of new Medical Scribes, as needed
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including HIPAA regulations, at all times
