Form of workWe are looking for a new colleague to support our growing Legal Department. As a legal team member, you will be working closely with our sales and delivery teams regarding commercial and contracting queries, intellectual property cases and other related legal matters. Besides being a strong and linguistically profound communicator, you will also need the eagerness to learn new things every day and the willingness to read through various laws, regulations and practices around the world.
Your main responsibilities:
- Actively leading the contract review and negotiation process, with a core focus on commercial terms and operational aspects.
- Provide key support to sales and delivery teams through detailed analysis and evaluation of contracts for commercial benefit.
- Draft and finalise legal documents (contract drafts, letters, reminders).
- Provide legal advice with a business-oriented attitude
- Evaluatie contracts from the perspective of their impact on business objectives, making recommendations to management.
