Address The Legal Counsel shall support and advise the business teams of GG India on its varied activities in the distribution of our expanding portfolio including our newer suite of offerings under ‘Innovation Products’ category and also partner with Business Development for licensing/distribution/M&A projects. The ideal candidate must have the legal skills, business acumen, and experience to actively contribute to business strategy and support its implementation. The ideal candidate must have strong drafting skills and be capable of intrepreting legal nuances and managing legal processes and systems within the BU.
The role reports to Head – Legal, GG India.
