We serve as partners and advisors to Accenture business leaders, designing and executing innovative, impactful learning programs that help build the skills needed for today and tomorrow. The Role You’ll Play A role in Learning and Leadership Development is an opportunity to define the strategy and drive the execution of capability development programs for our people across Accenture. You will partner with senior leaders and business sponsors globally to design and deliver innovative learning experiences that will help build skills needed for today and tomorrow. At the Specialist level, you will provide support to the learning programs in your space. You will make this happen by collaborating with the team around you, as well as by working across a network of teams. Key Responsibilities: • Partner with Learning capability needs as well as business, HR, and Talent sponsors to understand talent development needs. Play a role in researching and advising on the learning approach (e.g., build/buy approach) for a particular program/set of learning solutions across Accenture • Support the intake of new capability needs, validate the desired business outcomes, bring the right team members together, effectively leverage existing/repeatable solutions where appropriate, and help inform the best overall solution • Support the capability learning strategy to enable key business goals, using a data-driven approach focused on achieving the desired performance metrics / OKRs for a particular capability / set of capabilities • Own and shape short- and long-term capability development strategies and development roadmaps • Contribute to your team through your partnership, collaboration, engagement, and quality of service delivery • Support management of annual and quarterly budget and financials, ensuring the learning investment is on target and being used responsibly Basic qualifications: • Minimum of 4 years of learning advisory experience (requirement gathering, and solutioning), client relationship management experience, and global team collaboration • Excellent communication skills • Critical thinking and solutioning Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree • Minimum of 4 years of learning strategy experience, development of innovative learning solutions, problem-solving experience, influencing others, and financial planning and budgeting experience Professional Skill Requirements: • Demonstrated learning and domain expertise • Confident executive presence, and superb stakeholder management skills across all responsibilities. • Excellent leadership and management skills • Excellent communication skills,Staffing Role: L&LD Learning Partner - Specialist Level: 9 Who We Are Our Learning and Leadership Development organization provides world-class, award-winning learning experiences at scale to Accenture’s global audience.
