Role - Sales Leader/ Manager- Logistics IT
Location: Chennai/Trivandrum/Kochi/Bangalore
Experience level - 8- 12 Years
Note - Logistics IT experience is required
Requirements:
1. Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
2. Should have a deep understanding of the local logistics and warehousing industry and key warehousing players in India
3. Proven B2B Sales experience of 6 to 10 years in Logistics IT field in India with a successful track record in closing Logistics IT deals especially in Warehouse Management Systems
4. Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
5. Should have deep knowledge & connect with wide network of key decision makers of leading Warehousing Companies in the India
6. Demonstrated enthusiasm and genuine passion for sales, with a strong desire to excel in a competitive environment. Flexible and adaptable to changing market dynamics, customer needs, and business priorities.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead contract negotiations & close deals ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
2.Work together with the business leadership team to create and execute strategic
sales plans & achieve aggressive sales targets, with a focus on warehousing solutions.
3. Quickly gain a comprehensive understanding of our product's unique selling points from product team and align them effectively with the needs of prospects
4. Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders within prospective customer organizations to bring them onboard our platform
5. Conduct compelling product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our logistics platform.
6. Ability to use the product feature to correctly target specific pain points and requirements of potential clients in the warehousing industry.
7. Develop and deliver engaging sales collateral and promotional materials for the Indian market.
