Lead Solution Architect will be responsible for SAP solutions around SAP WM/MM/ Logistics. The individual will collaborate with SAP Program & Operations teams across various P&L and geographical locations to promote process standardization, synergy and compliance with local and Global statutory regulations.
As a Lead Solution Architect, you will be responsible for:
- Managing Delivery of integrated SAP solutions for multiple ERP projects across BAKER HUGHES businesses while working with Program Managers, functional owners, service providers and other members of SAP Dev ops team
- Owning complete SAP WM/MM/LOGISTICS module solutions for various end-to-end business process, which includes prototyping, blueprinting, design, build, test, and documentation and post go-live support, including interfaces, cross module integration.
- Execution of project / Enhancement as well overseeing Project implementation solution delivery.
- Being accountable for SAP WM/MM/LOGISTICS related interfaces with external system & cross module integration with other SAP modules
- Having complete accountability of quality of solution delivered by program and operations team
- Driving SAP best practices standards across BAKER HUGHES SAP Landscape. Ensuring efficient and maintainable solution.
- Engaging with stakeholders to identify opportunities for business process optimization
- Ensuring the delivery of Stat/SOX compliant business solutions
- Monitoring for new developments in SAP technology and explore the opportunities in ES SAP landscape for optimization of business process
- Maintaining cross functional business process domain knowledge
- - Implementing industry best practices as deemed applicable to enhance capabilities and effectiveness
- - Maintaining effective relationships across a distributed functional and global team in matrix environment to build an integrated solution.
- - Assisting leadership team in building multi-year ERP vision/strategy for the organization by aligning SAP technology with business Goals
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Information technology and related fields.
- Have Minimum 9-10 years of experience in SAP ERP implementations.
- Have minimum 3 years of functional domain experience preferred.
- Have proven experience in designing and configuring SAP ECC 6.0 WM/MM/LOGISTICS functional module, cross-functional business solutions and system integrations.
- Have experience of WM/MM/LOGISTICS Integration with PP/QM is required
- Have experience of managing minimum two end-to-end projects in implementing SAP ERP
- Have 3 years of functional experience.
- Preferred to have S/4 HANA knowledge.
