To launch / lead technical architect of multiple applicationswith contribution invarious transversal initiatives aiming at improvement of existing application/ processes and user experience. To drive cross functional doamins towards a delivery include communication to various stakeholders, conflict resolution , planning, designing and driving implementations that process of managing multiple ongoing inter-dependent releases and delivered on-time, on-budget and at agreed quality levels.
To contribute to strategic functional vision of IT
Write a functional architecure with the cross group and to manage efficiently the day to day development AND entire IR/AR process WITH 'best practice' recommendations
Coach team members on technical and business knowledge of application(s) and act as domain expert.
Working with management to define the strategy and a roadmap and tools that meets the business needs and reduces their costs and highest-quality for services to build differentiated solutions. Leading the planning efforts for the release areas, creating a plan and project schedule, and managing successful execution across the defined releases and targeted software updates (RFCs or user stories)

- Draft the technical architecture document of a project or application
- Maintain the technical debt, Follow up reengineering and upgrade projects

about you
Minimum 12+ years experience in software development, with at least 3 years in similar role
must hve expertize in Terchnical Architect, DevOps to drive modernization of applications as per cloud native standards.
Demonstrated Expertise in in Specific OSS/BSS Functional Domains.
Experience in Engineering, & IT consulting, with preferable work experience in telecom domain/organization.
Knowledge of Telecom remote monitoring is required.
Awareness of SMTP, SCADA, NMS, FTP, VPN, TCP, DNP3, FTP, LAN, WAN, IoT, QoS, Firewall, DNS, etc is required.
Understanding and awareness of Monitoring as a Service is preferred.
Knowledge of few monitoring tools like Solarwinds Orion, 1000 Eyes, Splunk APM, Dynatrace are mandatory.
Software Development Life Cycle Following Agile/Scrum Model.
Good knowledge of telecom domain.
Good Knowledge of Security, Emerging technologies like analytics, devops, cloud, SAAS.
Good written and verbal communication skills, fluent English.

Exposure to all stages of Software Development Life Cycle (Agile methodology: Scrum)
Good interpersonal skills, commitment, result-oriented, hard working with a quest and zeal to learn new technologies (micro-services, cloud native, data analysis) and undertake challenging tasks.
