Job Description
Key Qualifications:
- 5+ years of related experience with IT / ITES / BPO including identifying and aligning technology solutions based on business requirements
Key Skills and Knowledge:
- Proven knowledge and experience in Robotic Process Automation Tools using UI Path
- Proven knowledge and experience in managing the end-to-end RPA journey – Discover, development, deployment, and maintenance phases
- Proven knowledge and experience in building technical design documents – PDD, SDD, and relevant training documents and providing required support and training
- Proven knowledge and experience in developing/deploying BOTs, APIs, and different activities connection
- Proven knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform MS PowerApps, Flow (Power BI Dashboard would be an added plus)
- Ability to create business processes and custom connectors with Microsoft Flow
- Proven knowledge of VBA scripts would be preferred.
- Proven knowledge and experience in managing the Control room/Orchestrator
- Proven coaching skills to support the wider team in driving RPA deployment
- Proven ability to operate in a constant state of change, adapting style, approach, and delivery to drive business outcomes in a pragmatic manner

Role Overview:
Dentsu is undergoing a global transformation of Operations within the Media line of business. The DGS Automation Analyst will work closely with Regional Media Process Experts to identify and implement process improvement initiatives. This role will assess, develop, deploy, and maintain BOTs to automate transactional activities across Planning, Buying, and Finance functions. The DGS RPA Automation Analyst will also support the Media Operations Enablement Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and manage end-to-end life cycle RPA implementations using attended/ unattended BOTs in the appropriate automation platform.
- Advocate and enforce the correct use of project frameworks, development standards, and best practice
- Conduct pre-deployment high-level assessments including process analysis & documentation along with project scoping
- Translate business requirements and technical requirements into technical design and develop e PDD (Process Description Document) and SDD (Solution Design Document)
- Develop high-level project plans for implementation projects
- Perform QA on development codes, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to RPA solutions.
- Conduct testing and debugging of RPA workflows to ensure they meet business requirements and performance standards.
- Provide hypercare support and maintenance for RPA solutions, including system updates and enhancements.
- Perform control room /Orchestrator management and architecture designing
- Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards in RPA processes.
- Document RPA development activities and create technical documentation, and user guides, and provide end-user training and support to superuser/s, as required.
- Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging RPA technologies.
- Build and deploy solutions using Microsoft Power Platform MS PowerApps, and Flow.
