*Role and Responsibilities:*
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Lead for .NET Developers with a focus on the Banking Domain. This role, based in Noctua, requires a leader with 5 or more years of hands-on experience in .NET development within the financial sector.
*Key Responsibilities:*
1. *Technical Leadership:* Provide guidance and leadership to a team of .NET developers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions aligned with banking requirements.
2. *Project Management:* Oversee project timelines, task allocation, and resource management to ensure successful and timely project delivery.
3. *Hands-on Development:* Actively contribute to coding tasks, leveraging your expertise in .NET technologies to deliver efficient and scalable solutions.
4. *Collaboration:* Work closely with cross-functional teams, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
5. *Code Review and Quality Assurance:* Conduct regular code reviews to maintain code quality and adherence to coding standards. Implement best practices for quality assurance within the team.
6. *Banking Domain Expertise:* Apply your knowledge of banking processes and regulations to guide the team in developing solutions that meet industry-specific needs.
