Job description

• Product messaging and positioning – Develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with customers and differentiates our organization in the market

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize product-led growth strategies.
• Leverage product features and user experiences to drive customer acquisition, activation, and retention.
• Create and optimize user onboarding experiences to maximize adoption and retention.
• A/B test and iterate on various growth initiatives to optimize performance.
• Implement CRO techniques to optimize conversion funnels and increase user acquisition and activation rates.

Qualifications

• Any graduate degree (MBA preferred) with 4 to 7 years prior experience in a similar position
• Experience in product-led growth marketing, preferably in a technology or SaaS company.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Ability to understand tech and business software including buyer behavior and ideal customer profiles and translate tech content into marketing materials
• Ability to effectively lead, inspire, and mentor direct and indirect reports
• Proven experience creating marketing plans encompassing strategy, customer research, competitive analysis, product requirements, messaging, pricing, etc.
• Excellent English - written, verbal, and presentation skills, with an eye for quality and attention to detail
• Strength in collaborating with cross-functional teams, across geographies, including executive management, product management, operations, sales and marketing
• Embrace a 'will figure it out' attitude
