Job Overview
We are hiring a Lead Generation Executive to join our team at Eat Better Ventures Pvt Ltd. As a Lead Generation Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and generating high-quality leads for our healthy snacks business. This is a full-time position based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- Junior: 1 to 3 years of experience in Lead Generation or sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using CRM software to manage and track leads
- Good knowledge of the food and beverage industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
Roles and Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential leads and prospects through various sources, including social media, online directories, and industry-specific platforms
- Contact leads through cold calling, email, and other communication channels to introduce our products and services
- Qualify leads based on their interest, budget, and purchasing potential
- Prepare and deliver customized sales pitches and presentations to potential clients
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Track and report on sales activities, conversion rates, and performance metrics
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective Lead Generation strategies and campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the Lead Generation process and sales techniques
